Terms and Conditions for Automatic Flight Discount (Non-Code Discount) on FairFair

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the entitlement to the Non-Code Flight Discount offered by FairFair as a booking agent. FairFair reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time.

1. Eligibility for Discount

 

  1. Automatic Discount Entitlement: This discount is a special financial benefit automatically granted when the user completes a booking through the designated channel and fulfills all stipulated conditions.
  2. Booking Channel: Users must make their booking only through the FairFair mobile application or other channels specified by FairFair.
  3. Payment Conditions: If the discount is tied to a partner (e.g., a bank), the user must pay using a participating credit card only (e.g., participating CardX, SCB, TTB, or Kasikorn Thai credit cards). The cardholder must maintain a normal credit card status and have a good payment history.

 

2. Scope of Participating Products

 

  1. Participating Products: The discount is applicable only to bookings of Flight Products offered by airlines that have agreed to participate with FairFair during the Promotion Period.
  2. Exclusions: The discount does not cover ancillary services (such as seat selection, extra baggage allowance), Processing Fees, credit card fees, or travel insurance products.
  3. Cabin Class/Route Restrictions: The use of the discount may be limited to specific designated Cabin Classes, such as Premium Economy or Business Class for international flights, as determined by FairFair.

 

3. Value, Period, and Quota Limits

 

  1. Discount Value and Maximum Cap: The discount may be set as a fixed percentage (e.g., 10%) or a fixed monetary value (e.g., 800 THB). Crucially, the discount has a specified Maximum Discount Cap (e.g., a maximum of 1,000 THB) to control the discount value.
  2. Minimum Purchase Value: The use of the discount may require a Minimum Purchase Value (MPV) for the booking as predetermined by FairFair.
  3. Duration: The booking must be completed within the clearly defined Promotion Booking Period (e.g., July 14, 2568 to December 31, 2568).
  4. Limited Quota (First-Come, First-Served: FCFS): This discount is available on a limited quota basis and will be allocated based on the "First-Come, First-Served" FairFair may impose a limited quota per day or per specific time slot.
  5. Discount Confirmation: The display of the discount on the platform screen does not constitute confirmation of entitlement. Discount entitlement is confirmed only when the payment transaction is fully completed and the user receives the booking reference number along with the electronic ticket.
  6. Usage Limit per User: FairFair reserves the right to limit the maximum number of times each user can utilize this discount throughout the promotion period (e.g., 1 time per person or 1 entitlement per account).The criteria for determining usage will be based on the device number, phone number, and payment account.

 

4. Anti-Stacking and Fare Exclusions

 

  1. No Stacking of Discounts (Anti-Stacking): This Non-Code Discount cannot be combined with Promotion Codes or any other types of discounts. If more than one automatic discount appears, FairFair will apply only the single discount with the highest value that the user is eligible for.
  2. Non-Participating Fares: This discount cannot be applied to the following types of fares :
    • Specially priced fares, such as those offered on exclusive membership program websites, Corporate Discounts, Group Fares, or Consolidator Fares.
    • Fares for reward programs, incentives, conventions, or special fares requiring coupons or promotions not generally disclosed to the public.
    • Special fares for military personnel, students, government, Vacation Package fares, or Opaque Tickets (where the airline details are unknown until after purchase).
    • Cases of Fare Errors.

 

5. Cancellation, Changes, and Discount Forfeiture Rules

 

  1. Discount Cannot be Redeemed for Cash: The discount cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. The discount has no cash redemption value .
  2. Discount Forfeiture due to Voluntary Cancellation/Change: If the user decides to voluntarily cancel or change the booking for any reason, the discount will be immediately and permanently Forfeited . The forfeited discount will not be replaced and cannot be applied to any other future flight bookings .
  3. Booking Changes: If flight details are changed, the original discount becomes void. The user will be responsible for the full fare difference of the new ticket (without the discount applied) and the change fee according to the airline's fare rules .
  4. Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under the fare rules, the amount FairFair will refund will be for the fare amount actually paid by the user (i.e., the amount after deducting the discount value).
  5. Fare Drop: FairFair does not offer a Price Drop Guarantee. Passengers are not entitled to additional refunds or credits if the flight fare decreases after the booking and payment have been completed.
  6. Involuntary Changes by the Airline: If the flight is canceled or the schedule is changed by the airline, passengers are entitled to care and compensation according to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), which may include a full refund of the fare actually paid or re-routing on a new flight.

6. General Disclaimers

 

  1. Limitation of FairFair's Liability: FairFair operates only as a booking agent and is not directly involved in providing air transport services. Responsibility for flight operations (such as delays or cancellations) rests directly with the airline under the contract of carriage. FairFair is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, cancellation, or defects arising from the airline's product or service.
  2. Abuse of Privilege: FairFair reserves the right to suspend and/or reclaim benefits received if it is found that the user has not complied with the conditions or has utilized the discount for commercial/business or investment purposes, which do not qualify as normal personal use.
  3. Governing Law: All terms and conditions specified herein are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
